Where?  Punta Cana, Dominican Republic and coming soon to Riviera Cancun.  This first resort in the new all inclusive Nickelodeon brand, this resort combines the fun of the Nickelodeon characters with the luxury food and amenities that Karisma Resorts are known for.  The resort is finished to a high standard with spacious rooms with huge bathrooms and outdoor terraces; the bathrooms have double sinks, big walk in shower, hydro tub and spacious closet. There are visits from favourite characters such as the Ninja Turtles, Paw Patrol, Dora and Sponge Bob, but they are not everywhere so the theme of the resort is not overwhelming. Most of the character activitiy happens at Nick Place where the kids club and aqua park are located, there is also a teen hangout with basketball and tennis courts, soccer pitch, pool and ping pong. The Aqua Nick water park is extremely popular with lazy river, water slides, splash pad and huge dumping bucket. Daily, a mass sliming takes place, the huge bucket is filled with green slime and dumped over the families standing below; you can also opt for a private family sliming. The character breakfast is great fun, taking place on Saturday and Sunday.  There are two themed options for characters, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and a mix of characters including Paw Patrol and Dora the Explorer. This is a 5* resort so the food and entertainment are great.  You can swim in the huge beach front pool overlooking the beach, this is the main pool with swim up bar.  There are many smaller pools for the use of the swim up suites. Rooms here are either spacious Jr Suites (Pad Suite), one bedroom suites (Flat Suite) or the family villas. Both the Pad and Flat suites are available with a swim up option. Huge corner suites are the swank suites that have a wrap around patio, they are hard to get as they sell out far in advance. Club Med were pioneers of inclusive vacations, the resorts are located on the best beaches in all destinations as they got first pick years back. There are a variety of room categories, maybe of which are family friendly. They often tend to be more basic without mini bars or room service unless you upgrade. Most clients don’t choose Club Med for the resorts, they choose the for their activities. They have professional instructors for onsite programming and loving nannies for the Baby Club.
